•Experience working with Financial Services industry is an asset
•Ability to act as Scrum Master if required
•Experience with javascript and/or .Net development

Responsibilities
Develop and Configure: Build and maintain Kofax KTA workflows, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with established architecture guidelines.
Design and Innovate: Translate business requirements into well‑structured, secure, and efficient solutions. Suggest new tools or techniques to improve performance and maintainability.
Test and Support: Lead unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues in production, and support ongoing live operations for critical systems.
Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with project teams, architects, and infrastructure partners to deliver on sprint goals—and provide mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Agile ceremonies, propose process enhancements, and share best practices that elevate delivery quality.
Qualifications
Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience in document imaging and data extraction
Strong proficiency with Kofax Total Agility (KTA)—from design through deployment
Working knowledge of Windows environments for both development and release
Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS concepts
Nice to Have:
Experience in Financial Services environments
Familiarity with JavaScript or .NET development
Ability to act as a Scrum Master as needed
