Position: Quality Control Analyst
Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
Rigorous application of GMP and GDP in all laboratory activities.
Execution of quality control activities (sampling, inspections, analyses) on incoming materials, raw materials, and packaging materials.
Performing microbiological, physico-chemical, and organoleptic analyses on semi-finished and finished products.
Conducting finished product stability analyses according to the established schedule.
Collecting samples in collaboration with other departments.
Maintaining a clean and functional laboratory environment, including equipment maintenance.
Prioritizing and supporting the product release process.
Participating in investigations related to complaints, non-conformities, and quality events.
Managing laboratory resources, including conducting monthly inventory.
Meticulously completing all records and documents associated with laboratory activities.
Supporting HACCP plan requirements and participating in the review of quality documents.
Qualifications
A college diploma or a bachelor's degree in food processing or an equivalent field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in a dairy or probiotic production environment would be an asset.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday.
