Property holds many events, sometimes it is required to stay after hours to coordinate vendors and teams, could include weekends

Responsibilities
• Oversee 1 direct report. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, approve time off, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Partner with marketing team for event coordination, partner with vendors and various departments for event logistics and set up. Staying after hours for events may be required at times.
• Work closely with leasing team and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Manage contracts and participate in in RFP process.
• Work with multiple Market Leaders to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
• Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.
• Ensure service and support provided by the team is consistent and timely.
• Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
• Assist with the development of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
• Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
• Direct the client termination process.
• Participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
• to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
