LDAR Field Technician
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Compensation: $30 - $40 / hour

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused LDAR Field Technician to join our client's team and support the execution of leak detection and repair services. Responsibilities
Execute Field Inspections: Conduct leak detection inspections on pressurized Oil & Gas piping utilizing a variety of methodologies (M21, acoustics, infrared).
Data & Equipment Management: Accurately collect inspection data, maintain QA/QC records, and perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of your testing instruments.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside field teams to meet scheduling timelines and provide daily field observations and safety feedback to the Lead Technician.
Uphold Safety Standards: Strictly adhere to all safe work practices, client policies, and compliance regulations to support a ""ZERO accidents"" mission.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Oil & Gas field with strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity using tools and testing instruments.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, work on permanent elevated platforms, and navigate industrial sites (walking, climbing, bending, and crouching).
Core Competencies: Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and safety-minded with excellent independent work habits and customer service skills.
Technical Skills: Solid documentation skills and basic proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft applications.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license in good standing.
