As our Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person on the warehouse floor, balancing daily operations with a focus on your people. You will manage the schedule, organize resources, and make sure all tasks are finished correctly and on time. Beyond keeping inventory accurate, your main goal is to build a safe, positive environment where the team feels motivated and supported.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: Sunday – Thursday (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Base Pay: $24.00 per hour
Night Premium: +$0.85 per hour
To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience in a lead hand capacity and be fully competent in the operation of Reach Truck and Order Picker.

Responsibilities
- Leading the team as the products get ready for distribution
- Forklift experience required with reach and order picker
- Various admin & data entry duties
- Various general labour warehouse duties
- Handling boxes & cartons containing packaged nicotine products (you don't need to touch products inside)
- Using RF scanners
- Placing boxes on pallets
- Maintaining a clean worksite
- Wrapping pallets
- Using truck pumps and other warehouse equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, along with proficiency in operating both Reach Truck and Order Picker.
- Must have own safety shoes
- Willingness to be on your feet throughout the day
- Forklift driver license ( Reach, Order Picker and fall arrest)
