Location: Edmonton, AB (Base) Travel: ~20 Weekdays/Month (Canada & US)

We are looking for a Mechanical Specialist. If you have a background in Commercial Overhead Doors, Millwrighting, or Industrial Rigging, your technical expertise in tensioning systems and structural alignment is exactly what we need.

Responsibilities
Lead the Crew: Act as the "Working Lead" on-site, directing a specialized team through complex installations.
Technical Precision: Use your mechanical "know-how" to read blueprints and execute high-tension fabric and steel assembly.
On-Site Management: Handle daily logs, resource coordination, and progress reporting.
Safety & Quality: Act as the site champion for all HSE and QA/QC requirements.
Qualifications
The "Mechanical" Mindset: Experience in Commercial Overhead Doors (Creative Door style), Conveyors, or heavy mechanical systems is a massive asset.
Trade Background: A Journeyman or Apprentice ticket (Ironworker, Millwright, or Carpenter) is highly preferred.
The "Working Lead" Vibe: You are Hungry, Humble, and Smart. You lead by example and value "Respect Above All."
Travel Ready: Ability to travel 80% Canada / 20% US. (Must be able to pass US entry requirements; Dual Citizenship is a plus).
Vetting: Valid Class 5 license (clean abstract). Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing and Criminal Background Checks for site access.
US Readiness: Must qualify for US entry. Dual citizenship is a significant asset.
Compliance: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean 3-year abstract.
Vetting: Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing and a Criminal Background Check (CRC) for each project.
Location: Must be local to the Edmonton area.
