The Product Operations division's mandate is to transform the brand's product operating model, reducing operational complexity and eliminating barriers to clean strategy execution. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Product Training and take responsibility for the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and evaluation of modern learning solutions. Your work will directly support large-scale technology projects, systems rollouts, and functional transformations within the global Product Organization.

Duration: 6-Month Contract (With a high likelihood of extension)
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site at the Vancouver, BC headquarters)

Responsibilities
End-to-End Learning Design: Lead and execute all aspects of instructional creation, including project scoping, storyboarding, scriptwriting, building, and revising content based on stakeholders' inputs.
Immersive Content Creation: Produce scalable, synchronous, and asynchronous learning experiences, including in-person and virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, interactive eLearning courses, branching scenarios, animated activities, videos, presentations, and user guides.
SME Discovery: Conduct collaborative discovery sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to accurately analyze deep learner needs.
Complex System Translation: Deconstruct complex technical systems, internal enterprise software tools, and macro corporate processes into digestible training modalities that maximize learner retention.
Training Event Execution: Coordinate, deliver, and run point on high-visibility virtual and in-person training events and platform launches.
Platform Maintenance & Administration: Maintain, optimize, and update existing training repositories and learning paths within the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and internal SharePoint hubs.
Metrics & Evaluation: Craft targeted performance assessments, collect post-training success metrics, and leverage user feedback to optimize future training iterations.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience working as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, Training Specialist, or Digital Content Developer.
Tech Implementation Pedigree: Proven experience building corporate training materials specifically for large-scale technology implementations, functional software products, and technical systems.
Design Tool Mastery: Highly proficient with standard multimedia design and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Methodological Expertise: Deep understanding of core instructional design frameworks, including the ADDIE model, SAM model, Action Mapping, and Performance Support concepts.
Facilitation Polish: Advanced physical and virtual facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging diverse, multi-functional corporate audiences.
Core Aptitudes: Exemplary attention to detail, strong cross-functional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality products under tight, agile timelines.
