Responsibilities
Legal administrative support in transactional, corporate, and litigation law (no invoicing required)
Management of office operations: general coordination, basic accounting, logistics, and organization
Transcription from a Dictaphone (experience preferred)
Management of the attorney's digital calendar
Preparation and monitoring of legal documentation, maintenance of paper files
Varied tasks depending on the firm's needs
Qualifications
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a legal or administrative assistant
Perfect oral and written bilingualism (French/English)
Diploma or certificate in legal secretarial work;
Proficiency in Word and Outlook software;
Proficiency in Juris Evolution software (including checks and minute book management)
Complementary personality: patient, personable, rigorous, able to cope with a sometimes disorganized environment
Attentive to detail and rigor in their work;
Strong sense of autonomy and administrative leadership
Comfortable in a professional but not rigid, people-oriented environment
