Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support & Inquiry Management
Respond to inquiries from licensed staff regarding license status, renewal timelines, and application procedures.
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and internal licensing protocols.
Application Processing
Assist new and current staff with completing licensing applications.
Prepare and submit applications to regulators, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal requirements.
License Renewal Cycle Support
Assist the licensing team during peak renewal periods.
Review and submit renewal forms and coordinate payment of renewal fees to regulatory authorities.
Track renewal progress and follow up on outstanding documentation.
Data Management
Enter and maintain all broker license details in the licensing management system.
Ensure timely updates across all licensing transactions and status changes.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Prior commercial insurance industry experience or experience processing licenses are strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.
Familiarity with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data entry accuracy a must have.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
