Advantages
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Industry: Distribution.
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (free parking).
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments (LTL/FTL).
Maintain rigorous follow-ups with carrier partners regarding pickups and deliveries.
Prepare and validate all shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, manifests, delivery slips).
Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to optimize departures and inventory accuracy.
Proactively resolve logistical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or transport coordination role.
Fluent bilingualism (English/French) is essential, both spoken and written.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
