Responsibilities
Greet drivers and carriers (arrivals and departures);
Assign loading and unloading docks according to deliveries;
Register receipts in the system (manually or via scanner);
Send necessary documents (invoices, delivery and customs papers) to partners;
Provide general support to forklift drivers during dock operations;
Assist the logistics team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
✔️ Experience: 02 years as logistics assistant or coordinator.
✔️ Languages: French and functional English (exchanges with customers and partners)
✔️ Skills: Excellent priority management, autonomy and proactivity
✔️ Soft skills: Good organizational skills, ability to deal with the unexpected and team spirit.
