Responsibilities
- HAndling A-Z logistics requests for FTL (80%) and LTL (20%) truck shipments across North American Lanes
- Maintain positive relationships with all customer and carriers
- Negotiate rates with clients and carriers
- Sourcing new carriers
- Keeps records, schedules, and logistics data accurate and up to date
- Providing timely updates and resolving issues diplomatically
- Spot discrepancies early and prevent delays
Qualifications
- Works smoothly with team
- Builds strong relationships with external partners
- Familiar with logistics software and shipment tracking tools
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital documentation
- Meets deadlines consistently
- Handles multiple shipments or projects without losing focus
- Thrives in environments where plans change quickly
- Stays calm and solution‑oriented during unexpected disruptions
- Understands the impact of logistics on customer satisfaction
- Proactive in preventing issues and communicating solutions
- English is required to communicate with customers outside of Quebec such as the USA
