Responsibilities
- Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for export shipments Exports Ocean and Air
- Support the imports team when required
- Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you
- Negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and carries
- Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
- Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year in exports logistics (ocean/air)
- Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
- Passion for logistics industry
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
