Responsibilities
• Plan container itineraries
• Dispatch requests to the correct routes within the prescribed deadlines
• Take client orders by phone or email
• Take into account the urgent nature of certain orders
• Ensure compliance with transport and logistics standards
• Validate the availability of trucks and trailers
• Ensure the proper preparation of customs, transport, and itinerary documents
Qualifications
-DES/DEC or DEP in a logistics-related field will be an asset
-2 years of experience in import/export logistics, knowledge of customs
-Computer literacy
-Experience with Office 365
-Resourceful
-Versatile
-Loves to learn
