Position: Logistics Coordinator - Samples
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: $28 to $32 per Hour (Based on Experience)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as the central point of contact include:
- End-to-End Sample Fulfillment: Manage the process from request validation and tracking through to delivery.
- Global Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse, customs, and freight forwarders for all international shipments.
- Documentation & Resolution: Handle required paperwork and resolve logistics, customs, and shipment delays.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain the sample tracker, manage inventory visibility, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline the sample request system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sample coordination or account management role.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs paperwork, and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Excel; ERP/Order Management experience is a plus.
- Excellent English required; intermediate French is a plus.
* Knowledge of the English language is required as our client works with their offices in the United States.
