• Salary ranges between 60k and 75k
• Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible)

Responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch transport activities.
- Coordinate raw material pickups from suppliers.
- Ensure daily tracking of shipments and deliveries.
- Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance of logistics documentation.
- Analyze performance indicators and produce required follow-ups.
- Identify and implement cost and process optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transport coordination, ideally in an agri-food or agricultural context.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Knowledge of the local territory and rural transport realities (an asset)
- Occasional availability outside business hours to manage unexpected situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
