We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end transportation and movement of Food and Beverage products. This role requires a deep understanding of North American logistics, customs procedures, and a strong ability to coordinate with various partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire transportation process, including moving products between warehouses and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
- Utilize CNCP and WMS systems to track container movements across the globe, monitor storage, and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and understand ocean container processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with customs brokers, ensuring all necessary paperwork for both U.S. and Canada transportation is accurate and complete.
- Schedule and manage relationships with truckers and large 3PLs such as FedEx.
- While not directly in the warehouse, you must have a strong understanding of warehouse operations to facilitate effective communication and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of domestic (U.S. and Canada) and international transportation, including shipping lines and ocean container logistics.
- Excellent understanding of customs regulations and the associated paperwork.
- Comfortable working with large 3PLs and truckers.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A post-secondary education, preferably a four-year college or university degree, preferred
