- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (flexible)
- Salary dependent on experience

Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate daily shipments, both inbound and outbound, with carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Negotiate freight rates and select the most efficient and cost-effective transportation methods (e.g., LTL, FTL, air, sea).
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP and FDA guidelines, and customs requirements for international shipments.
-Communicate delivery schedules, special instructions, and any changes or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role related to domestic and international logistics (Imports/Exports)
- Fluently bilingual (French and English)
- Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
