Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and interregional shipments according to operational priorities;
- Communicate with carriers and plan deliveries in compliance with deadlines;
- Carrier management, cost optimization, and performance monitoring (ETA, tracking, adherence to deadlines);
- Track inventory movements and update management systems;
- Manage transport documents (delivery notes, customs, etc.);
- Resolve logistical problems and propose improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination (ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment).
- Basic knowledge of Canadian/American customs (cross-border shipments).
- Proficiency in logistics tracking tools and ERP or TMS systems
- Very good command of French and English, both oral and written.
- Clear and constructive communication, both internally and externally.
- Very good team spirit, collaborative with operations, procurement, and production teams.
