Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day freight coordination, pricing, and issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with a network of carriers
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
Track shipments, monitor service performance, and provide regular updates
Find creative shipping solutions when things get tricky (spoiler alert: they will)
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and boost customer satisfaction đ
Qualifications
1â3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
Youâre organized, proactive, and love making clients feel supported
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with logistics platforms
A "get-it-done" attitude and a passion for problem-solving
