Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and dispatch drivers and owner-operators for cross-border LTL and FTL runs across Canada and the US
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and broker partners
- Book loads with carrier partners, provide clear delivery instructions, appointments, load pick-up details, and temperature set points for reefer loads.
- Address and resolve operational bottlenecks, border delays, equipment breakdowns, and weather-related disruptions proactively.
- Maintain constant communication with internal customer service teams and external clients regarding delivery timelines.
Qualifications
