Your Role
As Logistics Operations Leader, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Ensure alignment between production schedules, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and improve dock activity, yard management, and internal material handling processes.
- Analyze logistics and operational data (SAP, MES, inventory systems) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present recommendations and business cases for site leadership based on operational analysis.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional logistics and continuous improvement projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes are achieved.
- Develop expertise in operational leadership through active participation in strategic projects and succession development activities.
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Logistics Operations Leader if you have:
- College or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements and influence stakeholders toward action.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive collaboration
- Demonstrated leadership potential through project leadership, team mentoring, cross-functional influence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
