Responsibilities
-Being the first point of contact for incoming quote requests
-Gathering and comparing rates from our network of suppliers, carriers, and service providers
-Building accurate and competitive quotes based on multiple cost inputs
-Coordinating with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to collect all needed information
-Preparing and sending clear, complete quotations to clients
-Following up on quotes and helping ensure a smooth handover to operations or customer service where needed
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing in logistics sector
- Experience in air and sea logistics – import/export.
- Strong skills in using Excel and other MS Office applications are required.
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI...) is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize the assigned workload effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
