Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of project cargo shipments across air, sea, and land
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with applicable regulations, permits, and safety standards
- Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to manage logistics requirements
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in logistics systems and databases
- Support risk assessment and contingency planning for high-value or sensitive shipments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, for project cargo coordination
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and transport documentation
- Experience handling out-of-gauge (OOG), heavy-lift, or non-standard shipments is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
