- Process and route orders efficiently (EDI/Retailer portals).
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage open-order files proactively.
- Ensure high on-time delivery by resolving routing and compliance issues promptly through collaboration with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales to review results and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, escalate, and propose solutions for deductions and dispute claims.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics and B2B operations.
- Fluent English (essential for communication with US offices) and intermediate French.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
