Responsibilities
This is a high-volume inbound environment where you will handle 50–60 calls per day (average) While you will support all of Canada, approximately 70% of your interactions will be in French.
Order Management: Place new redemption orders and process replacement orders for damaged or lost items.
Problem Solving: Navigate various internal channels to ensure customer inquiries are routed and resolved correctly.
Account Support: Assist with loyalty point balances, fraud concerns, and site navigation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
True Bilingualism (French/English): You are a confident communicator in both languages. Since 70% of our calls are in French, you are ready to support our Francophone members while maintaining strong English skills for our customers across the rest of Canada.
High-Volume Expertise: You enjoy staying busy! If you have experience managing 50–60 calls per day or have worked within a loyalty/rewards program, you will excel here.
Digital Proficiency: You are a "digital native" who can seamlessly navigate MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized CRM and call center software.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: You don’t just take orders; you solve puzzles. Whether it’s placing new orders or coordinating replacements, you take pride in getting it right the first time.
Growth Mindset: You are open to coaching and eager to use feedback to level up your career toward permanent status.
Technical Readiness: You have a reliable personal PC/laptop available for use during your first week of onboarding and training.
To ensure seamless service, a high-speed, hard-wired (Ethernet) internet connection is required (Wi-Fi is not permitted for this role).
