- Permanent full time Monday to Friday
- Hours 8am to 5pm (overtime paid if required)
- Salary depending on experience around 60k

Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations, aiming to boost performance, create reports highlighting the status and performance of the company's operations and supporting staff.
- Responsible for the relationship with client's local management for courier shipments (phone & email)
- Responsible for 4 drivers, supporting them in daily needs and questions, being first responder to drives on route
- Scheduling the drivers, approving hours worked, approving time off, recruitment, training, etc.
- Ensure smooth operations and handle any problems that may arise
- Replace drivers if needed or for emergencies
- Planning and implementation of smooth operations, keep track of key performance indicators
- Dispatching and route planning
- Providing professional customer service to clients
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year experience in a transport company in operations, dispatch or driving role
- Must hold a valid Class 1 license
- Fluent French is required and English
- Ability to guide, lead and support a team
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Positive team spirits
