Position: Machine Operator
Shift: Evening shift, 3:20 PM to 11:45 PM
Salary: $18.50/hr + evening premium for a total of $19.10/hr

Responsibilities
Operate and ensure the smooth functionality of assembly and packaging machines
Perform precise scale adjustments on packaging tables to ensure product accuracy
Maintain quality standards by conducting required audits and detecting potential machine malfunctions
Utilize various hand tools and equipment, including compactors, scales, and pallet jacks
Complete minor machine adjustments to ensure consistent production quality
Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to operate assembly and packaging machinery
Good physical fitness with the ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English and/or French, both written and verbal
Proven ability to interpret work orders and follow technical instructions
Flexibility to perform various tasks and rotate stations as needed
