Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday (Straight Days!)
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
-Machine Operation: Safely set up, load, turn on, and operate specialized lamination machines used to print, cut, and roll signs for major retail companies.
-Material Management: Load raw material rolls into the machine (mostly light materials under 30 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs) and unload finished, laminated, or cut-out products.
-Workplace Efficiency: Maximize production downtime by performing cleaning, general upkeep, and station organization while waiting for machine cycles to complete.
-Team Collaboration: Work comfortably both independently and as part of a collaborative, indoor production team.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience—preferably working with roll stocks, film machines, or packaging machinery. Experience in a print manufacturing setting is considered a major asset.
-Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is an asset to navigate basic interfaces (specialized software training will be fully provided).
-Physical Stamina: Comfort standing for long periods during machine runs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
-Safety & Reliability: Must possess your own CSA-approved safety shoes, a great attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
-Logistics & Compliance: Reliable transportation is required as the facility is not on a bus route. A clear criminal background check is required (flexibility may be considered based on the nature of the charge).
