• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical specifications.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain rigorous quality control standards.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and production tracking.

Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor specialized production machinery to ensure high-quality output.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into machines with precision.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify any defects or inconsistencies in the product.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets and deadlines.
• Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Previous experience operating press machines or similar industrial equipment is an asset.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Paris, Ontario.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work overtime if required by production demands.
• Commitment to maintaining an excellent attendance record.
