Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Prepare, run, and oversee high-speed production equipment to meet daily output goals.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct routine visual and physical checks on finished goods to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Minor Troubleshooting: Spot and quickly correct mechanical issues or line disruptions to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow OHSA guidelines to protect yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with material handlers and shipping personnel to keep the warehouse floor moving smoothly.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Previous history operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial production, or logistics environment.
- Technical Comfort: Solid mechanical aptitude and confidence using standard hand tools around industrial machinery.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and personal accountability.
