Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and run automated industrial machinery to achieve target daily outputs.
- Inspect finished goods and perform precise measurement checks to enforce quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, perform line adjustments, and reduce system downtime.
- Follow all health and safety regulations (OHSA) to maintain a clean, risk-free work area.
- Partner with material handlers and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Experience: Hands-on background operating machinery in a plant, assembly, or packaging setting.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient with basic hand tools for fine-tuning and routine line maintenance.
- Reliability: Proven record of strong attendance, timeliness, and professional dependability.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stay active, bend, and move efficiently across a fast-paced production floor.
