In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery to ensure steady output while upholding high quality and workplace safety standards. Working closely with floor supervisors, maintenance technicians, and quality assurance personnel, you will help keep operations running smoothly, address minor technical issues, and ensure finished products meet precise specifications.

Responsibilities
Calibrate, configure, load materials, and operate machinery according to safety standards
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to catch defects early
Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machinery, and troubleshoot operational issues
Maintain production logs, recording daily metrics, defect counts, and equipment performance
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and PPE requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency with standard manufacturing machinery, manual hand tools, and measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges)
Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a punctual, reliable work ethic
Ability to read blueprints or work order instructions is an asset
