Responsibilities
Run Production Machinery: Set up, run, and watch factory machines to keep production moving smoothly and safely.
Inspect Parts for Quality: Check finished products and measure parts carefully to stop defects before they happen.
Clear Equipment Jams: Fix minor mechanical hiccups quickly and adjust machine settings to keep lines running without delays.
Feed Raw Materials: Load raw supplies into machines and move finished goods to the next station.
Keep Workstation Safe: Clean your workspace, clear safety hazards, and follow all plant safety rules daily.
Qualifications
Factory Experience: Bring previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or factory work.
Shift Ready: Work rotating day and night shifts seamlessly ($19.43/hour).
Physically Fit: Stand for long periods, perform repeating tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Dependable & Safe: Show up on time every day with strong attention to detail and safety rules.
Commute Ready: Have reliable transportation to make all day and night shift start times.
