Responsibilities
- Prepare, operate, and track high-speed production equipment to maintain steady output.
- Conduct regular quality checks and measurements to meet exact product standards.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues promptly to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Keep work areas orderly and follow all OHSA safety protocols.
- Coordinate with team leads, material handlers, and warehouse staff to hit target metrics.
Qualifications
- Background: Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.
- Mechanical Skills: Comfort using hand tools and navigating computerized machine interfaces.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and punctuality.
- Safety Focus: Dedication to promoting a safe, hazard-free workplace.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to work on your feet in an active, dynamic plant environment.
