Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate fabrication machinery, including shears, punches, and press brakes
Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily equipment inspections, routine preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean workspace
Blueprints & Tech: Read and interpret digital blueprints using specialized manufacturing software
Production Control: Manage material feeds, program machine sequences, track part flow, and assist with general production tasks
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years operating fabrication equipment (punching, bending, shearing) or CNC/brake press machinery
Technical Skills: Ability to read basic blueprints and technical drawings
Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
Safety Focus: Proven safety mindset in fast-paced production environments
