Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, clean, and adjust low-speed machinery and line speed controls
Quality & Monitoring: Track production output to identify, log, and resolve machine errors or product flaws
Maintenance & Improvement: Keep machinery running safely and continuously while suggesting process improvements
Documentation: Maintain accurate activity logs for approved and defective units
Team Support: Train and guide team members on proper line operating procedures
Compliance: Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, ISO standards, and GMP quality procedures
Qualifications
Experience & Education: 1–2 years operating production machinery; high school diploma required (technical degree preferred)
Technical Skills: Able to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals; strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and push up to 25 lbs
Work Style: High attention to detail with the ability to work safely with minimal supervision
