Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and run high-speed automated industrial machinery to ensure seamless production.
- Quality Assurance: Execute regular dimensional and visual inspections to guarantee products meet exact quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Recognize and correct minor mechanical or line issues quickly to prevent downtime.
- Workplace Safety: Keep a clean, structured workstation while strictly following all OHSA health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with material handlers, warehouse personnel, and supervisors to reach daily output targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience operating machinery, working on production lines, or performing assembly in a fast-paced plant/industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, comfort working around automated control systems, and proficiency with hand/power tools.
- Reliability: Outstanding attendance record, strong punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
