Responsibilities
- Precision Embroidery: Execute high-accuracy zig-zag stitching on athletic jerseys using Juki industrial machinery, ensuring zero-defect production on all lettering and numbering.
- High-Volume Output: Maintain peak productivity in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet or exceed daily departmental goals.
- Collaborative Execution: Adhere strictly to supervisory directives and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous self-inspections of all finished pieces to guarantee every garment meets premium quality standards.
- Safety & Maintenance: Uphold rigorous workplace safety protocols and perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with industrial sewing machines
- Experience with the Juki zig-zag machine is an asset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on precision and a great eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- The ability to follow instructions carefully.
