Responsibilities
Machinery Operation: Efficiently set up, operate, and monitor high-speed automated production machinery.
Quality Assurance: Perform detailed visual inspections on components and finished products to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues and perform prompt adjustments to minimize operational downtime.
Workplace Safety: Adhere strictly to OHSA regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and material handling teams to consistently meet production targets.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: Previous background operating equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning and proficiency working with automated machinery and standard hand tools.
Dependability: A proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and professional accountability.
Safety Mindset: A proactive commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Adaptability: Ability to respond effectively to shifting production demands within a high-volume facility.
