Shift: Continental Shifts Straight Days or Straight Nights Available 7pm - 7am
Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Learning to safely set up, turn on, and run specialized machinery, including Kronsberg machines, panel saws, and vinyl applicators.
Production Flow: Creating, cutting, and rolling signs for major, well-known retail companies at a moderate-to-fast pace.
Material Management: Loading raw materials into the machine and unloading finished prints or cut-outs (mostly light materials under 30 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs).
Workplace Efficiency: Maximize production downtime by performing cleaning and general upkeep around your machine station.
Team Collaboration: Working comfortably both independently and as part of a collaborative indoor production team.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of machine experience specifically involving cutting, vinyl, or acrylic. Experience in a print manufacturing setting is considered a major asset.
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is required to operate the machinery interfaces (specialized software training will be fully provided).
Physical Stamina: Comfort standing for long periods during machine cycles and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Safety & Reliability: Must possess your own CSA-approved safety shoes, have a great attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
Compliance & Logistics: Reliable transportation is required as the facility is not accessible by public transit. A clear criminal background check is required (flexibility may be considered based on the nature of the charge).
