We are a stable, deeply human, family-owned business of 20 employees, specializing in the manufacturing of critical components for the Aerospace and Defense sectors (products for cockpits, telecommunications, drones, radio frequency housing, mechanical assemblies).
Here, machining is high-flying art: the designs are fully provided by our clients, and we work with extremely tight tolerances and precision levels. Following a retirement, we are looking for our next passionate team member to take charge of our CNC lathe department.

Our facility is located in the Hemmingford area (the exact location will remain confidential until the next steps).

Responsibilities
⚙️ Your Daily Role
Say goodbye to the monotony of being a simple operator! This is a highly stimulating position where versatility is key. You will be responsible for programming, setups, and machining.
Program and operate on our prestigious machine fleet (4 CNC lathes and 13 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills from renowned brands: Hardinge, Cobra, Swissturn, Matura, Robodrill).
Perform complex setups: You will manage batch production requiring multiple setups. A single high-precision part can take 2 to 3 days of work.
Use modern technologies: Ongoing integration and use of Mastercam software.
Ensure flawless quality: Work independently with tight tolerances ranging from 5 to 10 thousandths of an inch.
Qualifications
🎯 Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in programming, setups, and operation of CNC lathes.
Soft Skills: You are versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and focused on high precision. Ability to perform your own setups is a must.
Languages: French or English
