Responsibilities
•Oversee daily mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations
•Drive service improvements and increase first-time resolution
•Manage vendors and ensure SLA performance
•Control expenses and manage budget vs. plan
•Track performance using data, reporting, and Excel analysis
•Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
•Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
•Maintain and update procedures and documentation
•Collaborate with leaders and business units
•Support sustainability and community initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
•3–5+ years in mailroom, logistics, or operations
•Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
•Experience managing vendors and budgets
•Knowledge of digital mail systems is an asset
