In Office: 5 days on site
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: $22/hr

Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Process and prepare outgoing mail, including applying postage and coordinating courier pickups.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters and printers.
- Perform high-volume printing and scanning of confidential documents.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a mailroom or office services environment.
- Proficiency in operating mailroom equipment.
- Strong experience with high-volume printing and scanning.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
