Responsibilities
-Prepare and process thousands of manual claims for courier delivery.
-Match and attach labels to checks.
-Set up courier labels and ensure packages are ready for timely dispatch.
-Organize and manage workflow to ensure all deadlines are met.
-Collaborate with the Document Imaging Team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
-A minimum of one year of experience in a mailroom or a similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Experience with printing equipment and other office machinery is a plus.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
-A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
-Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skills.
