We are looking for an efficient, focused and reliable Document handler to manage the critical flow of information!

Target start date: Jan 5th 2026
Positions Available: 2
6 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday 1am - 6:30am
On site role in Downtown Toronto, ON
Pay: $18.72/hr
Advantages
- Office is easily accessible via Public Transportation or Car
- 6 month contract with the possibility of extension
- Monday - Friday, Early morning shifts
- Weekends Off !
- Weekly Pay
Responsibilities
- Closing of Mail bags
- Scanning of Mail bags
- Bag in process to replace the dispatched mail bags
- Sorting of documents and daily reports. At the same time using the tracking sheet for some of the reports that needs tracking.
- Filing of reports of reports and dispatching them.
- Accuracy and attention details would be a plus.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highschool Diploma minimum
- Must be able to pass Credit check and Background check.
