As a Mailroom Operations Specialist, you will handle simple to complex transactions and tasks in alignment with the companies procedures and deadlines.
You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, reports, and shipments in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations across shifts.

3-6 month contract
7pm to 11pm Mon-Thursday and Sunday 10:30pm 2:30am.(Friday and Saturday off)
Location: Calgary, Alberta
In office 5x a week
Responsibilities
Receives, distributes, and ships internal mail, statements, postal mail, reports and bulk shipments destined to, or received from clients and internal areas.
Some heavy lifting up to 40lbs
Ensure daily deadlines are met to ensure smooth handoff to the next shift.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of related experience in a mailroom or similar environment.
Basic to Intermediate computer skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Other Requirements:
Physical: Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
