Location:** 95% remote with occasional travel to Montreal and Boucherville

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Operations Coordinator
* Supervise technical interventions on high-voltage equipment in real time
* Act as the primary technical reference for field maintenance teams
* Document outages and generate rigorous performance analysis reports
* Draft and revise technical service instructions and safety procedures
* Ensure strict compliance with lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and electrical safety
* Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the network's operational processes
Qualifications
Experience and Skills Required
* Degree in electrical engineering or senior technical diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
* Solid expertise in the maintenance of medium and high-voltage equipment
* Perfect bilingualism (French and English) to support technicians nationwide
* Proficiency in the Excel suite; knowledge of SAP is an asset
* Availability to travel occasionally within Canada and to Europe
* Possession of a C License and knowledge of LOTO standards (assets)
