We have the ideal position for you as a Maintenance Manager in a landmark property managed with professionalism and high standards.
Position: Maintenance Manager – Commercial Building
Location: Downtown Montreal (100% on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (with occasional flexibility outside of regular hours)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Serve as the technical point of contact for major maintenance and modernization projects (electrical, mechanical, generators, etc.).
Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical work (e.g., transfer switch replacement, electrical bundles, mechanical system upgrades).
Work closely with the Real Estate Director and external contractors.
Prepare work progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Respond to urgent technical issues as needed.
Contribute to system optimization and building energy management.
Qualifications
Profile Sought
5 to 7 years of experience managing technical projects in commercial buildings.
Strong knowledge of building electrical systems (major asset).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent understanding of mechanical system issues.
Relevant technical training (a diploma is an asset but not required).
Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
