Shift: Day Shift (Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Fri: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Pay Rate: Up to $37.00 per hour + Overtime after 44 hours

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair plant machinery, including automated stacker systems and industrial hydraulic machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Execute minor light metal fabrication and repair work using MIG or Stick welding as needed.
Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on production lines, equipment, and material handlings.
Troubleshoot fluid power systems (hydraulics, pneumatics) and mechanical assemblies.
Work independently to prioritize maintenance tasks and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, plant equipment, or manufacturing machinery.
Licensing: Trade License (e.g., 433A) is not strictly required—practical experience and mechanical aptitude are prioritized.
Skillset:
Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems and heavy industrial machinery.
Experience working on industrial stackers, conveyors, or material handling equipment.
Basic light fabrication skills using MIG or Stick welding.
High level of autonomy and ability to work independently in a solo maintenance capacity.
Strong focus on workplace health, safety standards, and personal protective equipment.
